We're redefining "vacation" to make the poetry of the distance a daily routine within reach. Realize the true nature of life amid the desolation of grass and trees, and find infinite pleasure in the flow of time. 

Enter the house

|

When you approach this courtyard, the first thing that comes to your mind is the entry door that shines a unique charm.

It is made of imported teak wood, which is hard and has a clear and natural texture, and when touched by the hand, you can really feel its delicate and gentle texture, which shows high-end and atmospheric.

In the design of this door , we are particularly careful in the choice of accessories . The retro door handle is not only unique in shape , but also has a thoughtful rebound design , which can achieve automatic closure , convenient and practical .

At the same time, considering that the courtyard door is exposed to the outdoors for a long time，To withstand the sun and rain, so in the choice of decorative materials, imported teak with its excellent stability and weather resistance, can be a good response to all kinds of bad weather, new and old, always beautiful and practical .

Once inside the gate, you will also find a small but very useful design - a door suck.

When the door is automatically closed, it will steadily absorb the door, not only reducing noise, but also further protecting the door and wall, extending their service life, and the detail shows the care and thoughtfulness of the design.

Ground materials

We deliberately exercised restraint on the floor decoration materials and chose water washing stone. This choice stems from its precise response to the overall courtyard style. 

However, water-washed stone is extremely challenging 。In order to ensure that this texture can be maintained for a long time, we put the precision of the craft in the first place, controlling the material with the highest standard of construction system to fundamentally eliminate the hidden danger of later maintenance .

At the technical level, we balance functionality with maintenance through systematic design:

• Set a reasonable difference between the pool body and the ground, effectively isolate external runoff, and ensure that the water body is clean;

• Built-in efficient circulating filtering system, equipment location is pre-planned and perfectly concealed in the landscape;

• Equipped with underwater cleaning robots, automate maintenance and make care easier and more relaxed.

  
  

On an aesthetic level:

The layout of the pool area takes into account both convenience and visual penetration, and the materials and colors continue the design language of the building, so that the functional units naturally integrate into the overall environment, achieving harmony of safety, function and aesthetics.

A corner of the pool we cleverly incorporated a flower shower.

It not only carries the practical function of showering and cleaning , but also becomes a part of the landscape .

In the choice of shapes and materials, we strive to minimize the architectural appearance of its amenities, allowing its flowing lines and select textures to naturally capture the visual texture of the building, ensuring that the garden image is understated and seamlessly integrated with the aesthetics.

Outdoor furniture

We conceive that the poolside should not only have the vitality of swimming, but also have the leisure of enjoying。To this end, we extend the seating area directly into the shallow water , blurring the boundary between land and water.

Here, water is a natural state: you can sit in a shallow pool, sip a glass of water, and feel the softness of the water. You can also lean on the bar to stay right close to the water.

This design is not only for functionality, but also to convey a relaxed, comfortable state of life.

All the furniture has been carefully chosen: it is not only resistant to stains , also has quick-drying characteristics - unique sponge structure and excellent permeability to quickly drain rainwater , dry within half an hour , to make sure that this comfort is not disturbed by the weather .

The flower pool

In the design of the facade flower pool for this project, we have innovatively used natural ruststone, complemented by concrete shade gouging.

While creating a simple and natural texture , this combination gives the wall a unique sense of visual freshness through the color control of the details , perfectly matching the leisure and romance of the South Court .

To ensure the durability of this aesthetic effect, we place special emphasis on the structural basis in our processes. All flower ponds are supported by currently poured concrete, which prevents water penetration and moss growth from the roots, thus maintaining the dryness and cleanliness of the stone facade for a long time. 

Plant Combinations

We put a clear proposition on plant design: to create a relaxing tropical feel.

Therefore, the overall color is based on a rich green background, dotted with light purple flowers to create a fresh and lazy tone.

Plants are more than just ornamental .

For example , this specially selected Chinese pomelo tree has a clear and open trunk , which not only forms a dynamic spatial hierarchy , but also cleverly conceals the view from a high place , taking into account both landscape and privacy .

For the narrow space of the side yard , we strategically selected " tall and thin " plants to guide the line of sight upward .

This ensures that the landscape is not limited to the flat floor , from the first floor of the building to the second floor , each window can harvest a complete picture , making the limited space play a limitless landscape value . 

Plants and Light

Light is the brush of night, and plants are the sculpture of the wind.

When the sunset faded, we put on a warm yellow halo below 3000 K for each beloved plant, which is not a simple lighting, but a careful "moonlight scenery."

Timbuktu 

|

In the long and narrow side yard , we practice the design philosophy of " less is more . " The limitation of space becomes the opportunity for aesthetic focus .

We used gravel as the main material and covered a large area as the base of the space. But this is not a Zen expression of the Japanese dry landscape, and the gritty texture of the gravel contrasts neatly with the smoothness of the steps, which functionally guide safe steps and visually constitute the rhythm of points and faces.

The rubble here is a functional and aesthetic choice in the modern context : under the rubble pavement , there is a set of " invisible drainage system " that we have carefully designed .

We buried the drainage cover plate and geotextile before laying the gravel geotextile 。Rain Water can freely infiltrate and drain away, and the ground is always dry.Mosquitoes are also unable to breed because they lack the still-water environment they need to lay their eggs.

This ensures the load-free operation of the function, but also achieves the purity and beauty of the landscape.

Looking back on the whole design , our goal has always been clear : to create a container that can hold emotions and time . The style language of South France is the way to achieve this goal , and its core is to build a touchable and perceptible natural habitat for residents .

Ultimately, when the wind, the light and the life in the courtyard become a landscape, we succeed in delivering much more than a garden, but a slow, warm way of life that can be practiced.
